Telecommunications Warns of Fraudulent Telecom Services Bills

Published: April 12, 2012

Telecommunications warns campus departments to be on the lookout for fraudulent invoices for telecom services. Two departments recently received "bills" from UST (aka US Telecom or UST Development, Inc.) for telecom maintenance agreement services. Campus departments do not need a maintenance agreement because they use Telecommunications. Be sure your department has not paid this vendor in FAMIS or via payment card. They do not appear to be set up in FAMIS; however, please watch for these invoices so thay are not paid. See the fraudulent invoice.
