After receiving your work order request, Telecommunications assigns a work order number and sends an email confirmation within 24 hours (or one working day). If you do not receive the work order number within this time, please contact us at 979.845.1020.
After processing your work order, we provide information about your request including due date, charges, and billing number.
Service Date Due: This date represents Verizon's date the work will be completed to provide the service requested, barring any unforeseen occurances such as a material shortage.
Installation Cost (NRC): This entry reflects the non-recurring cost for work accomplished on this order.
Billed To Number: This entry reflects the telephone or circuit number to which the installation cost (NRC) will be billed on the Centrex bill.
