Emergency Alert System Radios

As part of Texas A&M's Code Maroon service, Emergency Alert System (EAS) radios are installed in departments on campus. EAS radios provide additional ability to quickly communicate health and safety emergency information. They operate in a similar fashion as weather radios and will only broadcast emergency messages relevant to the campus.

Through funding from the university, each university department on campus receives an EAS radio at no cost. Texas A&M System components can purchase radios for $65.00 per unit.
