Reporting Trouble
Before reporting trouble, we recommended that you try to determine if the trouble is with the line or with the equipment. Connect the same type of equipment onto the line connected to the jack mounted on the wall.
If you determine that equipment is causing the problem, you can save money by bringing the unit to the TAMU Phone Mart (located at 7607 Eastmark Dr. #230) for replacement at no extra cost.
Reporting trouble that turns out to be equipment rather than line related will result in a $25.00 charge on your Centrex bill for dispatching a telephone company repair technician.
