Labor Rates

Primary Service Order	$31.50	Applies to each work order that requests a new telephone line or moving of an existing telephone line from one building to another.
Secondary Service Order	$13.50	Applies to all telephone work orders not covered by the preceding primary service order definition. Does not apply to orders for dedicated circuits, disconnects, or repair services.
Line Connection	$20.00	Applies to each new telephone line installed or each existing telephone line moved from one building to another.
Station Programming Entry	$85.00	Applies to programming of 845, 862, 847, and 458 exchange database features.
Repair Service/Trouble Ticket	$25.00	Applies to each user-initiated premise visit by a telephone company employee for the repair/replacement of premises wiring, or for the replacement of any equipment connected by modular jack. Minimum charge of $25.00 maybe be increased due to work actually performed.
